WebGen is a scalable portal platform with powerful tools for publishing web 2.0 or community-based websites. In early 2011, the DM Flex team were planning a new module for their WebGen product for publishers to offer live and on-demand video content.
They needed to know more about how publishers could catalogue and present video content to their site’s visitors
I worked with DM Flex in a freelance role to design the user journeys and user interface for the webinars module.
My work on this project involved:
- Researching user needs
- Designing user journeys for publishers and end-users
- Wireframing page layouts
